The chemical composition of P235GH mainly includes carbon (C), manganese (Mn), silicon (Si), phosphorus (P), sulfur (S), chromium (Cr), copper (Cu) and molybdenum (Mo). The specific contents are as follows:

Carbon (C): ≤0.16
Manganese (Mn): 0.6~1.20
Phosphorus (P): ≤0.025
Sulfur (S): ≤0.001
Silicon (Si): ≤0.35
Nitrogen (N): ≤0.012
Chromium (Cr): ≤0.3
Copper (Cu): ≤0.3
Molybdenum (Mo): ≤0.08
In addition, the chemical composition of P235GH also satisfies the following relationships: Al/N≥2; Cr+Cu+Mo+Ni≤0.7; Ceq = C+Mn/6+(Cr+Mo+V)/5+(Ni+Cu) /15.
